Doctorando en Derecho (especialidad en Derecho Mercantil y Civil) y Filosofía y Letras (Máster especial en Estudios Literarios, Fílmicos y Teatrales) por la Universidad de Granada. Máster en Derecho Económico Legal Europeo por la Universidad  de Coimbra y Máster en Comercio Exterior por el ICEX. Ha desarrollado su labor jurídica en prestigiosos despachos de Andalucía, centrado su vida profesional en el ámbito societario, desarrollo de inversiones y nichos de oportunidades y startups. Es Presidente del Club de Negocios SmartMeeting en Málaga, además de Escritor, Actor, Director de Teatro y Cine y, Promotor Cultural desde la Plataforma Cultural Entresueños que preside.

Jay Xu has extensive and in-depth knowledge and experience in the international financing, investment advisory as well as the import and distribution commodities between China and EU, USA. He is also the Managing Director of two investments advisory companies based in Beijing and Europe, which provide consulting services to Chinese and EU entrepreneurs and investors on M&A and “ One Belt, One Road”projects. He is one of the leading researchers on China’s policies and practices for Cross Border E-Commerce and Free Trade Zone. He has served as Business Advisor for EU-China JointInnovation Center since February of 2016 and has been working on a few initiatives with several Chinese municipalities to promote the culture exchange and technology transfers.
